EXPERIENCE THE MYSTERY
Followers and Fans have likely noticed that during the last several years, the Oak Island Interpretive Centre has been repurposed to provide space for the Archaeology Team and, more recently, to house the fantastic new diagnostic equipment.
For these reasons, the Interpretive Centre has not been open to the public and therefore must remain closed until further notice. The Owners remain committed to sharing the Oak Island story and during 2023 completed a new Welcome Centre, Archaeology Interpretation and Science Lab. The goal for 2024 is to renovate the Interpretive Centre and prepare for a future reopen date (TBD). Until then, the causeway and island remains closed to visitors. However, a new Treasure Shop has been opened at 6992, Highway 3, Martin's Point, NS. Stop by and find your Oak Island Treasure. Thank you |
