RESPECT THE LEGEND

EXPERIENCE THE MYSTERY
The Oak Island Archives and Research Organization (OIARO), a registered Nova Scotia society, has partnered with Cerca Trova Ltd., the majority owners of Oak Island, to once again welcome visitors to this legendary destination.
At OIARO, we're dedicated to preserving, promoting, and sharing the captivating Oak Island story. Our mission is to maintain the island as a vibrant interpretive space where visitors can delve into its rich cultural and historical legacy, with the legendary treasure mystery taking center stage.
Our experienced board brings together passionate treasure hunters, esteemed academics, professional archaeologists, diligent researchers, and historians—many of whom you may recognize from their roles on the History Channel's hit series, The Curse of Oak Island.
